At our online store, www.pettuchic.clwe sell clothing sourced from display windows, advertising campaigns (Urban Street, television programs), and exclusive niche collections. Although these garments are mostly in pristine condition, we adhere to Chilean law. This means they are considered pre-owned clothing and, therefore, are not covered by any legal warranty. This is in accordance with SERNAC Law 19.496.
We are committed to complying with all legal requirements and providing you with the best possible shopping experience. Every garment we offer in our online store is thoroughly inspected by our Advisors in Europe before being shipped, and also by our team in Chile.
Internal Policies
Our store/company is not legally obligated to offer a warranty; however, we can offer exchanges and returns if necessary. Please allow 1 to 3 days for processing this request after receiving your purchase. Providing a satisfactory customer experience is important to us. The entire process will be subject to the discretion of the Pettuchic support team, and we will take 3 to 5 business days to receive the product, respond, and ensure a fair and transparent resolution for our customers.
