International shipping?

  • Some items and/or destinations may incur an additional shipping charge.
  • Some furs may incur an export tariff from the U.S. government. 
  • Orders placed can only be shipped to the address provided and cannot be changed afterwards.
  • If an international package is refused or abandoned for any reason, Pettuchic does not refund the cost of the merchandise or shipping charges.
  • Pettuchic does not cover return or exchange shipping costs (and the latter will incur another set of shipping charges), nor are initial order shipping charges or surcharges refundable.
  • The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees (not included in our shipping charges); please check with your local customs office for details. Pettuchic is not responsible for any of these charges.
  • Due to the constant fluctuation of the dollar's value in Chile, we have set a fixed price to ensure transparency and stability in our rates. This way, our customers can plan their purchases without worrying about sudden changes in the exchange rate.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit cards?

When you send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the internet, it is not readable by anyone except us. We encrypt your information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which is the web standard. We use 128-bit encryption for super-secure transmission. Many sites only use 40-bit encryption, which has proven to be relatively easy to break. Your browser will be in "secure mode" when you proceed to the online order form. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice that the padlock icon in your browser window is locked. This indicates that all information exchanged between you and our server is encrypted. This encryption/decryption process takes a little longer, so you might notice some slowdown in your browser's response times.

What happens after I place an order?

After placing your order, you will see a "Thank You" page containing an order number. This confirms that your order has been successfully placed. Your order is sent via a secure server to Pettuchic.com and will be processed and shipped within the next few days. If we do not have the item in stock, we will contact you.

What type of cards do they accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express y Discover.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. You just need to send the deposit slip to the email: pettuchic@contacto.cl, indicating the item you wish to purchase, along with your name, shipping address and phone number.
